All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped.


Processing time may occasionally be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotions.

  • Delivered within 5 to 12 business days after processing

Paid

 

  • For orders under $99

  • Cost calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location

  • Delivered within 5 to 12 business days

 

 

⚡ Expedited Shipping

 

  • Optional upgrade at checkout

  • Price varies based on weight and shipping zone

  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days

 

 


 

🌎 International Shipping

 

We do not currently ship internationally. All orders must be placed and delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

 


 

📍 Delivery Issues or Delays

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, holidays, etc.).


Once an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or shipping errors caused by the carrier.

 


 

🚫 Wrong Address Disclaimer

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


If a package is returned due to an invalid address, shipping fees are non-refundable. You may request reshipment, but a new shipping charge will apply.

 


 

🔍 Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.


Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 


 

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email us at contact@theluviwell.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for issues caused by third-party carriers unless insurance coverage applies.
