  • Unopened and unused, with the seal intact

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

🛠️ Damaged or incorrect items

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
